The gateway configuration files can be executed using the Gateway Configuration Scripts form. For more information about the configuration files, see About Default Configuration Files.
The Calling Name Delivery is configured on the NI2 trunks by executing the NI2 default configuration file from the Gateway Configuration Scripts form.
To execute a gateway script:
Go to the Gateway
Configuration Scripts form.
In Enterprise Gateway Server, specify the following:
IP address of the gateway server
Physical Location Identifier (PLID) of the trunk endpoint
NOTE: Some configuration scripts can be executed on all trunk endpoints. However, you must specify the PLID of the trunk endpoint if the script you want to execute is intended for a specific trunk endpoint.
From the Default Configuration Files drop-down list, select the configuration file. Use the tooltip for description of the configuration file you want to select. See About Default Configuration Files for an example.
Click Execute.
The configuration script may cause the system to reset depending
on the configuration script that you execute.
If you want to export the selected configuration file to a specified location, click Export.
Click OK.
The system executes the configuration script. An error message
is displayed if there is any error during the execution of the
script. The details of the error are recorded in the System Logs.
